Extraordinary maintenance works aimed at enhancing the building’s energy efficiency and architectural performance, including the reconstruction of the custom-designed glazed façades while preserving the dimensions and geometry of the existing envelope, comprising:

• Installation of vertical glazed sun-shading fins on the courtyard side
• Installation of a “double-skin” façade system on the Via Pace elevation, including structural steelwork, glazed sun-shading fins, perforated metal cladding, and integrated greenery
• Aluminium window systems for the basement and lower-ground floors
• Metal cladding and louvred window systems on the side elevation
