About Us

Tecnomont Service Building technologies

Rooted in extensive hands-on experience, Tecnomont Service has developed a deep understanding of industry dynamics and stakeholder needs. This has resulted in a fully integrated approach that brings together the technical office, workshop, construction site, and advanced project management capabilities.

Our presence

We operate extensively across the country, supported by solid experience gained in international environments
such as Düsseldorf, Copenhagen, Brussels, Paris, and Vienna.

Our initiatives

We are passionate about our work and about seeing cities evolve through what we create, offering new spaces that enhance quality of life. With the same commitment, we support the growth of our industry by taking part in projects that foster innovation, training, and culture. Through our work, we aim to give back to the community the beauty we have the privilege to help build every day.

Since 2015 we have been partners with Scenari Immobiliari, an independent institute for studies and research dedicated to the analysis of real estate markets in Italy and Europe.

Since 2017 we have been members of Aspesi Unione Immobiliare.

Since 2024, we have taken part as an installation partner in BAM Open Air Design, the Milan-based event dedicated to the dialogue between design and architecture, held at Biblioteca degli Alberi.

Digital transformation and management integration

Supported by the European Union, the Italian State, and the Lombardy Region, the project focused on the introduction of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the modernization of the company’s management software. The new system was integrated to fully digitize design and administrative processes, supported by a high-performance IT infrastructure featuring a new server, virtualization, advanced security, and cloud services.
As part of the project, new specialized roles were developed and internal information flows were reorganized.

The adoption of BIM has reduced design time and errors, improved collaboration across teams, and increased overall productivity. The upgraded system ensures operational continuity, data protection, and greater management efficiency.

Fully aligned with DESI objectives, the project has delivered measurable improvements in key performance indicators, including production cycles, quality, and coordination. This initiative represents a best practice that can be successfully replicated across the construction sector.
