TYPE OF WORKS

• Replacement of the curtain wall façades on the ground, first, and second floors
• Upgrading of fire prevention and fire safety systems in compliance with current regulations
• Refurbishment of the first- and second-floor office spaces, including the installation of new raised access floors, new internal plasterboard partitions and glazed walls, construction of new suspended ceilings and equipped movable partition systems, as well as the complete renovation of building services and sanitary area finishes
• Redevelopment of the façade system through the construction of a new structural grid in metal profiles and installation of a vertically glazed façade certified to EI60 fire-resistance standards
• Construction of a metal substructure for the installation of the staircase EI60 fire-compartmentation panel system
• Application of intumescent coating to all structural steel elements in order to achieve R60 fire-resistance certification
• Waterproofing works on the second-floor terrace and ground-floor pavement area, together with the refurbishment of the external paving between Via Casacce and Via V Dicembre
