TYPE OF WORKS

• Complete refurbishment of 2,140 sqm of roofing of the office/commercial building, including removal of the existing protection, waterproofing and insulation layers, followed by reinstatement with the same build-up, replacing gravel with a slate-finished waterproof membrane
• Construction of perimeter visual screening (brise-soleil) and reconfiguration of the roof layout to allow installation of new building services components (heating plant and heat recovery unit)
• Façade cleaning and maintenance works
